Non-UKWA members wishing to advertise available warehouse space may register for a FREE TRIAL for 30 days. Thereafter, there will be a cost of £50+vat/month for a minimum of three months to use this service unless you notify UKWA that you wish to cancel. Follow the steps on the subscription form page to set up your login details.
Click the SELL A SPACE button on the Home page or on the SPACE TO LET tab on the top navigation bar to register. This will trigger a notification to be sent to UKWA for the association to confirm you as a user and enable you to create your account.
Once you have been registered, you will be able to set up your account and gain access to it by clicking on the same SELL A SPACE button on the Home page or SPACE TO LET tab. This will return a Login panel, where you enter your username and password.
Step 1: Create your company
Click on the Company section on the left-hand menu to set up your company name, add your company logo and, if appropriate, your UKWA membership number.
Step 2: Add available warehouse(s)
Click on the Warehouses section on the left-hand menu. To upload a warehouse type in the name, address and postcode, confirm the facilities and the notification email to be used for receiving enquiries.
Step 3: Add available space(s)
Click on the Spaces section on the left-hand menu. To upload available space, select the warehouse where the space is available (if there is more than one warehouse listed), confirm the storage types, add a short description, select the pallet size, amount, maximum weight and height, and define the period when the space is available.
You can then log out if you wish or remain signed in so that you don’t have to log in next time you visit the website to update warehouse or space information.
It’s important to keep your space information up to date! Don’t forget to confirm on the website when the space is no longer available or the details have changed otherwise you may continue to receive enquiries from users.
